Expressive citrus notes, with a focus on grapefruit, and a very fine barrel note. In the mouth, it maintains a citrus profile with creaminess, body, and vigor.

The grapes were harvested manually for boxes of 25 kg and transported immediately to the cellar where they were stored in the cold room for 24 hours. Grape selection and pneumatic pressing and decantation followed. The alcoholic fermentation was initiated in a stainless steel tank with selected yeasts. 70% of the must was transferred to 500L barrels and the wine was kept in contact with the fine lees with periodic bâtonnage.
