A highly concentrated, garnet-colored wine with great aromatic complexity. It is full-bodied and deep on the palate, with good structure and acidity, which prolongs the finish. It is a firm wine with plenty of character, with good aging potential.

Manual harvest. Total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days. Fermentation in wine presses with temperature control at 26/27ºC. Aged for 1 year in 300L French oak barrels (80% new).
