Garnet color. Fine and spicy, aroma of red fruits and green pepper. Full-bodied, round tannins and a fruity, lingering finish.

The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at 26-27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation took place naturally in a stainless steel vat and was then transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months.
