Notes of fresh fruit, citrus, and some minerality. Well-balanced, with a light aroma of the barrel in which it fermented. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with mineral notes, a very present and integrated acidity, which gives it an unusual sensation of freshness in a warm region. It has a long finish.

This wine results from different types of fermentation. Skin maceration in 2 batches and maceration in a third batch, all with temperature control. Fermentation in 3 different barrels, with the final batch decided at the end of fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 600L French oak barrels (barrels aged 1 and 2 years).
