Here, the versatility of Alvarinho is explored in combinations with other varieties planted in the same location. Alvarinho is always the predominant grape, and the varieties for the blend are chosen each harvest. Vinification follows the Mixtus concept, and the final wine is the result of fermentation in stainless steel and wood, the latter being light and used to give the blend structure. In 2024, Manuel and Luís Cerdeira selected the Arinto and Maria Gomes varieties for the final wine blend with Alvarinho.
