Powerful black fruit aromas follow through to the palate. It has rich plum fruit flavours and solid, still young tannins. -
Hand harvesting. Total de-stimming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 26/27ºC. Aging for 1 year in new 300L French Oak Barrels.
